The high hooded neck and horizontal quilting of Moncler's 'Karakorum' jacket echo the summit-tested profile worn on the 1954 K2 expedition. Enveloping goose down creates a cloud-like shell of thermal insulation beneath glossy shell. Snap fasteners run down the front closure past oversized baffle pockets, tapering into elasticated cuffs that seal out glacial winds.
